Our Chef Jay, has an excellent back ground in culinary arts, he has created a menu in which has a piece of something for everyone. Ranging from local fresh fish - Vegan and vegetarian option.
Each $14 plus gratuities
Vodka, Peach tree schnapps, lychee liquor, fresh lime
and a hint of simple syrup
Vanilla-Infused Grey Goose Vodka, Kahlua, Bailey's, espresso
Muddled lime wedges, Ketel One Vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, topped with ginger beer
Built on Bulleit Bourbon and orange zests, finished with a smoked rosemary scent and taste
Strawberry gin, cranberry, strawberry syrup, fresh lime, shaken with an egg white topped on ice
Berry infused Ciroc vodka and lemon, perfectly complimented by the bubbles of Prosecco and a hint of cranberry
Vanilla vodka, paired with passion fruit flavors, to create a fine balance or sweet and tart
A trio of Bermuda's favorite rums blended with lemon and brandy in a robust concoction
Patron Tequila, infused with jalapenos, taking the classic taste of the Margarita up a notch
